Welcome to the adventure of your imagination. All of us have one, but we don't always use it. As writers, using that imagination comes at a cost, but is the cost worth the amount of time we put into using it? If you've spent any amount of time writing, you already know the truth:

Writing can be lonely.

Most readers see the finished book. They see the polished cover, the glowing reviews, and the exciting announcements. What they don't always see are the months, and sometimes years, spent wrestling with a blank page.

 

The self-doubt.

The rewrites.

The moments when a writer wonders whether anyone will ever care about the story they've poured their heart into.

That's one of the reasons Lanterns of Light PenWorks was created.

The vision behind Lanterns of Light PenWorks is simple. We want to encourage writers, celebrate creativity, and help build a community where storytellers can grow together through faith, fellowship, and a shared love of meaningful stories. 

Many writers believe God has placed a story on their hearts, but carrying that story from idea to publication is rarely easy. The road is often filled with uncertainty. Sometimes what writers need most isn't another course or another marketing strategy.

Sometimes they just need someone to say:

 

"Keep going."

That's the heart of this community.

We're still at the start of this adventure, but every journey begins with a single step. With every step we make at least a little progress, and every bit of progress we make puts us closer to our goals.
